Bout of Books

The Bout of Books read-a-thon is organized by Amanda @ On a Book Bender and Kelly @ Reading the Paranormal. It is a week long read-a-thon that begins 12:01am Monday, August 18th and runs through Sunday, August 24th in whatever time zone you are in. Bout of Books is low-pressure, and the only reading competition is between you and your usual number of books read in a week. There are challenges, giveaways, and a grand prize, but all of these are completely optional. For all Bout of Books 11 information and updates, be sure to visit the Bout of Books blog. - From the Bout of Books team

Time Devoted to Reading

It's my first year in college, and I'm already feeling the stress and pressure of all the workload. Ohmycrap. So many upcoming exams and projects and paper, and org activities, and I really hope that I can balance everything out. I miss reading, though, so I hope I'll be able to read at least an hour everyday. This would really mean a lot to me. :<

Goals

• Read a book everyday.
• Finish 2-3 books.
• Review almost all books read.

I still don't like it. :< I'm still thinking if I'm going to write a review for this or not. :o Off to my next book! Can't decide if I'm going to read Eleanor and Park or I've Got Your Number. =))

Great selection! The Truth About Forever is one of my favourite Sarah Dessen books. I've Got Your Number and To All The Boys I've Loved Before are both on my general TBR list. I hope you enjoy them all!

Good luck! :) I'm the same with work, actually. I don't have too much time in the evening but I hope I can squeeze 2 hours of reading in. I LOVE Sophie Kinsella's books and I've Got Your Number is probably my favourite one so far - hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

Here's what I'll be reading next week

Good luck! I have that Sophie Kinsella book in my tbr too but won't get to it this time as I'm concentrating on review books. Enjoy your reads :)

Good luck!! I hope you're able to balance everything out. I was so glad that this Read-A-Thon was before my school starts, because I know for a fact that I wouldn't be able to balance it all.
