Alison Can Read Feature & Follow

This week's question:

How many books have you got on your TBR?
Pauline: My TBR is horrible. It just keeps on growing. I don't know why, but I can't find myself to stop click on that Want to Read button. And, the rate that I finish reading books can absolutely never catch up with the rate that my TBR grows. Right now, it's already at 541. Ohmycrappola. It's my goal to reduce it to 500 by the end of the year. Hopefully, I can do it. YAY! <3

That is an impressive TBR number! Yikes! It is easy to add books to the list when there are so many amazing new titles being released, though. Friended you back on GoodReads :)

I had the same problem as you back then and my TBR list shot up to 200 and I just stared at my shelf, wondering if I'm gonna be able to conquer it this lifetime. Hahahaha. I inspected my shelf and removed the books from long time ago that no longer interests me. :D

Yikes! I'd like to reduce mine as well, but I can't help but buy more books! I want to support my fave authors so I buy their book once its out but I rarely read it right away anymore because I am usually caught up in a review book!

Here's my Follow Friday

Have a GREAT day!

You can and will do it! My Goodreads TBR is around that number too, so you are not alone my friend! Even when you feel like the list has become a black hole, don't stress. Reading is supposed to be not stressful.

I know what you mean! I can't keep up with my TBR. With new books coming out constantly, the list just keeps getting bigger and bigger. I'm pretty sure that mine is over a thousand or more.

That's a striking number! But with so many amazing books out there it is completely understandable. My physical TBR pile is currently at 148. I hope to get it under 100 by the end of summer. Fingers crossed!

I think I could never catch up with my TBR list, too. But I have no regrets!

Thanks for following! Following back via GFC.

I've decided it's a good thing to have a large TBR after this hop -- it just means there's just that much goodness out there to read, lol! Am following on bloglovin, and now insta

Followed you back!

And yes, it's horrible. I need a lottery win so I will have time to read a lot...

I think we should all just come to terms with the fact that there are too many books to ever get caught up on! So many books!

I think I'd cry if my TBR reached 500! I hope you succeed in getting it below 500.
